Brett keeps watch

THE POPULAR local police community engagement Facebook page “Senior Constable Brett” has been folded into a new page.

Taking a lead from other police service areas across the state, the new “Eyewatch – Bass Coast and Baw Baw Police Service Areas” page has been established to service the local community with police news.
Senior Constable Brett Godden, who unsurprisingly administered the old page, has become an administrator of the new page.

The Facebook page is used to distribute information about local issues and operations, missing persons, bail breachers and more.

  1. David Wombat Lyons says:

police community engagement used to be face to face attendance at community meetings, now its an office sitting a desk, no face to face contact, no listerning to what else is happening in the community just what people say directly to them online, no networking or linking. a poor move being made by victoria police over the last few years
