A DRIVER has been injured in a two-car collision on Queen Street Warragul after another driver failed to give way.

A Victoria Police spokesperson told The Warragul Citizen the driver of a black Mazda was issued with an infringement notice after failing to give way at the intersection of Queen Street and Normanby Place at around 3pm yesterday.

The driver of a blue Holden was taken to hospital after sustaining minor injuries when the cars collided.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
