The fully-equipped tanker has replaced a slip-on at the town’s fire station.
Narracan MP Gary Blackwood handed the keys over at the Erica and District CFA station last week.
Mr. Blackwood also presented crew member Des Micah with a 45 year clasp for his long service as a volunteer firefighter.
The brigade raised $30,000 for the new tanker, which was pooled with the $178,000 VESEP grant.
