DOG owners are being welcomed to walk their dogs in the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ (RSPCA) Million Paws Walk this Sunday.
RSPCA Warragul will host the event at the Linear Park Arts Discovery Trail, found on the corner of Burke and Anderson Street, at 14:00.

Community members of all ages will also meet at 16 other locations around the state with the option of a one kilometre or five kilometre walk with their dog.
Spokesperson for RSPCA Victoria Sharon McKenzie said the walk would serve as an integral part of fundraising for their efforts against animal abuse.
“By taking part, you’ll help raise much needed money for animal welfare, and enjoy a great day out with like-minded dog lovers,” Ms McKenzie said in a media release.

Families can attend the day for $25, with fees for children at $8 and adults at $15, with a two dollar surcharge for those who have not registered.
The first 500 people to arrive on the day who have already registered will be provided with a free showbag.
The chance to visit the Burwood East Animal Care Centre for a whole day on Friday 17 July will also be available to all those who raise more than one thousand dollars.
