Bag stolen from train at Yarragon

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a carry-on suitcase containing a laptop, jewellery and clothing was stolen from a Traralgon-bound train at Yarragon last week.
A police spokesperson said the crime took place at around 3.30pm on Friday.

The thief, believed to be in her early 20s, is described as Caucasian with brown hair, slim build, approximately 165cm tall with a love heart tattoo behind one ear.
She was wearing glasses and black and white clothing at the time of the theft and was last seen departing the train at Yarragon.
The bag was dark purple with an orange tag.
