RUSSELL BROADBENT has been sworn in as the member for McMillan in the 44th parliament following his successful re-election campaign.

Mr Broadbent, now a government backbencher, was returned in September’s federal election with an increased two party preferred vote over Labor rival Anthony Naus.

He was one of 90 Coalition MPs sworn in today.
