[News short] THE GIPPSLAND line has been reopened after a factory fire at Pakenham saw it suspended this afternoon, but some services will still run as buses.

The CFA requested V/Line suspend the line earlier this evening while the fire continued.

Road coaches are replacing the 21:45 Southern Cross to Traralgon service and all Traralgon to Southern Cross services this evening.

All other services will run normally and all services will run normally tomorrow morning.
