Locals to be quizzed on Baw Baw’s performance

Are you happy with the Baw Baw Shire’s performance? At least 400 residents will be called to have their say as part of the 2018 Community Satisfaction Survey.

Researchers acting on behalf of Local Government Victoria will call a random selection of resident phone numbers until they have 400 valid responses.

Baw Baw is one of 64 Victorian councils participating in this year’s state-wide survey.

“Each year our survey results play an important part in Council’s forward planning and help us see where we are performing well and where there is room for improvement,” Baw Baw mayor Joe Gauci said in a media release.

“In recent years our results have varied. We have performed well in some areas such as customer service, and below average results in other areas such as conditions of local streets and roads.”

The survey is estimated to take around five to 10 minutes to complete.

I would like to know how one gets a job at the BBSC office/s? With over two decades of banking/retail/financial I.T experience, I’ve applied for numerous roles at the BBSC, yet I’m unable to secure a single interview there. Maybe it’s a case of not what you know, but who you know, when it comes to dealing with the BBSC!
