Man dragged under own truck in Drouin dies

A 70-year-old man has died after the truck he was cleaning came off its jacks and rolled, dragging and trapping him underneath it.
Police told The Warragul Citizen the blue 2003 Volvo tipper came off its jacks and rolled across Calway Street, Drouin, at 11am yesterday.

The man died at the scene.
Investigators are yet to establish why the truck came off its jacks.
Ambulance, police, SES and CFA personnel attended the scene.
WorkSafe is handling the investigation and will prepare a report for the coroner.
