MEMBERS of the Neerim South Progress Association (above, with mayor Debbie Brown) presented the Baw Baw Shire Council with a framed photograph of the new Neerim Bower sculpture installed at the entrance of the town last year.

The members said the project would not have been possible without the council’s support.
