There is absolutely NO graffiti in Singapore. Also crime rates in Singapore are a fraction of the crime rates in Australia. Can we learn something from this?

For some time now there has been random acts of graffiti around our towns for all to see. This has been tolerated and even advertised in the local media. Now this act is called “damage” just because the artists chosen media is a spray can rather than a ball of wool. What sort of message are we sending to our youth?
