Liberal MP Gary Blackwood has declared victory in Narracan.

Mr Blackwood, seen above at his party event tonight with two defaced campaign posters on display behind him (image supplied), is expecting to lose up to five per cent of his margin to finish with a margin of 11 to 12 per cent.
